June 13 disaster-affected population is dissatisfied with compensation arrangements. According to them, the amount the city government offers them is not sufficient.

According to local residents, the City Hall offers from 100 to 150 dollars per square meter, a sum which, in their estimation, is peanuts. They refuse to accept monetary compensation and ask to build the houses.
