Tbilisi City Court did not satisfy the lawsuit of Jarji Akimidze and David Dvali in the case of Rustavi 2. The decision was announced recently.

The civil dispute started almost 2 years ago. The plaintiffs are Jarji Akimidze and David Dvali, the defendant is Kibar Khalvashi, the current owner of Rustavi 2.

Akimidze and Dvali demand a 60% stake in Rustavi 2.
