Two cases of the new coronavirus strain Omicron were confirmed in Georgia. Such a statement made today the Head of the National Center for Disease Control.

“Both are Georgian citizens with a history of travel to the United States and the Middle East, particularly to Dubai. Both are isolated. A study of 26 contacts is underway”, - said Amiran Gamkrelidze.
