Flights between Georgia and Kazakhstan have resumed after a 4-day pause due to civil unrest in Kazakhstan.
Dozens of Georgian citizens have arrived to Kutaisi airport from Aktau and Atyrau airports.
On January 4 the Kazakh authorities announced an increase in the price of liquefied natural gas, which was followed by protests. According to the Presidential Administration, 125 criminal cases have been launched, 5,800 people have been brought to the police, including a large number of foreigners.
