According to the Social Service Agency, the salary of employees will increase starting February.

The agency said social agents would receive 60% raises, while other 1000 entry- to mid-level employees would get pay increases of 40%-60%. The agency explained that the hike in remuneration would affect both components making up a social agent’s salary - base pay and commissions per examined case.

After the increase, base pay for social agents would amount to GEL 400, instead of GEL 250, while senior social agents would receive GEL 700, instead of GEL 550. Per examined case, the social agents would receive GEL 10 instead of GEL 6.
