Increased tariffs and schedule for electricity

Dark winter is scheduled in Tbilisi. Georgian National Energy and Water Supply regulatory Commission (GNERC) partly satisfied the demand of Thermal Power Plants. The electricity providers state that a special schedule may be established for energy supply from November.

After a three-hour discussion a decision on increasing the tariffs was made. The political parties which attended the session demanded to dismiss the GNERC.
