How the human rights action plan is fulfilled - NGO report

How does the government fulfill the action plan for human rights? -The report on the Issue will be delivered by the "Democratic Initiative" today.

The document assesses two main directions, criminal law and judicial justice.

NGO examined the extent to which the legal framework has been aproximated to the action plan. They say the passed laws on jury and on surveillance in the current form do not fully meet international standards.
