An emergency meeting on NATO member countries will be held in Brussels today. The main topic of the meeting will be Turkey"s wide-scale operation against terrorist organizations at home and airstrikes against ISIS and PKK targets across its borders. Ankara expects support from the Alliance.

Turkey continues to detain suspects in a connection with Islamist and Kurdish rebels. Nearly thousand people were arrested along the country during the last week. 50 of them are foreign fighters.
