Rustavi 2 is preparing to hold concerts in Georgian cities. The issue was discussed in a program " The Other Midday" today.

The company has already held a concert in Gori . Kutaisi and Poti  refused to  Rustavi2  to hold concerts.  The City hall of Kutaisi stated one day before the concert, that due to rehabilitation works, the event should be canceled.

The City hall of Poti made contradictory statements .

Rustavi2 received one more refusal from Batumi.  The official reason is scheduled festivals and events.

However, Courier received a schedule of the events in Batumi. There are no events planed nearby the tower of Alphabet, where the concert should be held.

"I would like to  assure all cities that  despite all obstacles Rustavi2 will still hold concerts," said Zaal Udumashvili, a Deputy General Director of Rustavi2.
