Natia Turnava, nominated for the position of a member of the National Bank Board, will be heard today at the sitting of the parliamentary Finance and Budget Committee.

Her candidacy was submitted to the legislature at the end of May on the recommendation of the President, and the issue was submitted to the Sectoral Economics and Finance-Budget Committees for consideration.

The members of the Board of the National Bank are elected by the Parliament on the recommendation of the President for a term of 7 years.
