The ruling  team criticizes a   new strategy  of distributing the vouchers and plans to elaborate new strategy. The MPs think that not all residents of Tbilisi, but only vulnerable people have to receive vouchers in the winter.  Despite these statements,  the plan is not ready.

The government of Tbilisi still has no idea how and to whom the vouchers should be delivered. The funding is not yet retrieved.

Money for vouchers was not provided in the budget, but according to  the new amendments, the funding for the Youth Olympic Games , which are already over, has increased.
