A new rule will be enacted against construction offenders. Such a statement made today the Mayor of Tbilisi.

“Despite tightening the sanctions against construction law violators, the problem to date has been the non-acceptance of decisions made within the administrative complaint. Therefore, at our initiative, the Parliament passed the bill, and the City Assembly approved the relevant rule: the decision will be sent by post to the address indicated by the complainant.

In addition, in case the construction law violator fails or rejects to accept the decision made based on the administrative complaint, this decision will be posted both on the construction site and the website - www.decisions/tbilisi.gov.ge.

The decision will be considered delivered to the construction law violator on the seventh day after placing it on the construction site in a visible place and uploading it on the official website of the municipality”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
