Everyone has the right to express his opinion in his personal space, but at the same time we have a great responsibility. Such a statement made today the Mayor of Tbilisi.

“Yesterday Kakha Samkharadze posted a statement on his personal page. I made explanations about this yesterday. This is his personal space, freedom of speech and expression is protected in the country. I may not like something, someone may like it, but freedom of expression is inviolable. However in general my request would be, first and foremost, to my team members to remember that we have a much greater responsibility.

We must all remember that the interests of Georgia are supreme, and we should act only in the interests of our country and our people. So let’s all take this into account.

I repeat everyone has the right to express his opinion in his personal space, no one can touch it, but at the same time we must remember that we have a great responsibility, we have many supporters and we should properly realize this responsibility”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
