The civil sector comments on Kibar Khalvashi"s lawsuit against Rustavi2. NGO representatives state that  media should not be restricted and the process should be  transparent .

"When it comes to television,we should focus on any improper attempt to influence the company . The legal status of the particular person should be also explored,"- said Ana Natsvlishvili, a chairman of  the Georgian Young Lawyers" Association .

A chairman of Democracy Development Center underlines that all   leverages should be used,  to secure the right of media outlets.

" Process related to Rustavi2 should be  transparent "-Ketevan Chachava said.

A journalist Ia Antadze  stated that she would better wait for further  developments.
