I am very sorry for the statements that are currently being made against the American Ambassador. Such a statement made today the President of Georgia.

“It is impossible not to say that I am very sorry for the statements that are currently being made against the US Ambassador. I don’t think this is the correct form.

If there is any evidence, common diplomatic rules require that a one-on-one conversation be held with the Ambassador about it, not announcements through television and the media. Our friends are our friends and we don’t have any other friends”, - said Salome Zourabichvili.
