The parliamentary majority rules out a political motivation of Kibar Khalvashi"s lawsuit . Eka Beselia stated that the property rights were violated and the shares were distributed illegally.

" These actions contained signs of crime. Now it is time to remove political pressure and influence from this case . The rights which were violated in the case of Kibar Khalvashi are ensured,"- said Eka Beselia.
