Tamta Muradashvili, a lawyer of Rustavi2 says that the only official document received by the company is the notice from the national Bureau of Enforcement.

Based on the document,  Rustavi2"s vehicles have been seized. The company  is not allowed to sell or lease the vehicles.  Tamta Muradashvili says that the ban on car rental may hinder company"s business activity .

Tamta Muradashvili notes that the company  has applied to the National Bureau of Enforcement  officially and requested the document, but this document wasn"t delivered to the company.

 Rustavi2"s lawyers learned via media that  Khalvashi"s lawyers demand   seizure of all property.

"We don"t know  what"s written in the  judgment, what was demanded by Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer and which demands were satisfied. "- said Muradashvili. She underlined that the total property shouldn"t be seized because   it is a private company and its business activity must not  be prevented.

Rustavi2"s lawyer says that  freezing the  assets may influence relation with banks.
