According to Rustavi 2 Director General the the property seized by the court"s decision was not acquired during Kibar Khalvashi`s period. Nika Gvaramia stated at today`s briefing said that the impounded property has been acquired during the last three years.

Gvaramia said that during Kibar Khalvashi period the company assets inceased by about half a million. The assets included several transmitters, which were important for the company at that time and now are of no use, since the country has swirched to digital broadcasting.

"This case is clearly politicized, and in any case has nothing to do with the right to property restoration. It is cynicism and irony, because the seized property did not exist at the time of Kibar Khalvashi and was purchased 3 years ago", - said Gvaramia.

Rustavi 2"s General Director also explained the problems that the company is facing due to the decision of the Court.

" Under new advertising regulations much more important and crucial then sequestration is the cash flow issue as in the conditions of the reduced advertising market, the relationship with financial institutions is of crucial importance. We are forbidden to have any kind of relationship with the bank.We can not rent buildings and equipment ", - said Gvaramia
