Today’s Cabinet meeting at the Government Administration was chaired by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.
The Cabinet Members discusses seven issues from the session’s agenda.
The issues discussed included the Draft Law of Georgia on Amendments to the Administrative Offenses Code of Georgia to regulate street vending. Based on these amendments, sanctions and fines will apply for unauthorized peddling and advertising in municipal territories, with the addition of sanctions for repeated offenses defined in said provisions.
The Members of the Government also discussed amendments to the Law of Georgia on Consular Activities to regulate rotation cycles in diplomatic service by defining rules and durations of long-term assignments to Georgia’s diplomatic missions.
