The face-to-face meeting between the Prime Ministers of Georgia and Kazakhstan discussed the relations and prospects of future cooperation between the two countries.
According to Irakli Garibashvili, Kazakhstan and Georgia enjoy years-long friendly relations.
“Mister Prime Minister, thank you very much for warm welcome and hospitality. As you mentioned, this is my second time visiting your beautiful country, and I want to thank you for this warm hospitality. My main message here is to once again confirm our readiness to continue our partnership and cooperation which has been very successful in the recent years. Historically, we have very good, strong relationship and friendship. As you mentioned, this year we mark the 30th anniversary since we established our diplomatic relations, and therefore my main message, again, is to strengthen our bilateral relationship, friendship, and cooperation. So, once again, thank you”, - said Irakli Garibashvili.
As the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan pointed out, Kazakhstan is ready to continue the cooperation between the two countries.
“Welcome to Kazakhstan. This is your second visit to our country. And I would like to congratulate you on the 30th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between our countries. Our relationship is based on the principles of cooperation and partnership, fruitful partnership. Our Government is ready to enhance the cooperation between our countries, and I would like to wish us the successful continuation of this partnership”, - added Alikhan Smailov.
