Tbilisi City Hall has completed its programme of providing shelter and food for Ukrainian citizens.
“An initiative had run for over 4 months instead of the initially announced 1 month. A total of GEL 14 million was spent from the municipality’s budget on the programme.
The free municipal services for Ukrainian citizens remained in force including free services of public transport, municipal kindergartens, art and sports schools”, - reads the statement of the agency.
A social-economic support programme for Ukrainian citizens was launched in Georgia on July 15 by the Government, issuing GEL 300 per family and GEL 45 for each family member per month.
