Rustavi-2 addressed the court with the request to receive the court ruling

Rustavi 2 requests to be given the case file. The Company lawyer has filed a petition this morning. In order to appeal the imposed lien the company needs to know circumstances, based on which the judgment was issued.

According to Rustavi 2 lawyer, Tamta Muradashvili, it is not clear from the judgment what the claim was based on.

The court is expected to decide today whether to take action against the Rustavi 2 in connection with the lawsuit filed bu Kibar Khalvashi.
