Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyers make an announcement on the court proceeding. In a written statement they underline that the seizure will not hinder the function of the TV company.

The businessman"s lawyers say that transparent process is in their interests and they are ready to cooperate with the civilian sector. The claimant appeals to political parties to refrain from politicizing the case.
