Judge Urtmelidze seized Rustavi2"s assets without any evidences

Judge Urtmelidze accepted Kibak Khalvashi"s lawsuit against Rustavi2. According to the materials, the judge has seized Rustavi2"s assets without concrete evidences and documents .

Rustavi 2"s lawyers say that there are no specific evidences that Kibar Khalvashi was forced to concede his shares.

Kibar Khalvashi claims to be the author of Rustavi 2 logo as well as the author of international projects and demands half a million as a compensation.

According to NGO"s monitoring, the judge"s decision is unreasonable.

Rustavi 2 will appeal against seisure of its assets till August 12.
