Political process or  dispute between the shareholders ? Members of Georgian Dream and the opposition name various reasons for the campaign against the TV company. According to the government  , The ongoing process  is not connected with restricting  freedom of speech and Kibar Khalvashi"s suit is an attempt to restore justice.

The opposition states that  pressure on  media is linked to the pre-election period. They believe that it is against government"s interests to inform population on the difficult situation in the country before elections 2016.
