According to Kakha Kakhishvili inmates rights are not violated by stripping them before entering prison

A Minister of Corrections commented on GYLA"s complaint regarding the rule of inspecting prisoners. According to Kakha Kakhishvili inmates rights are not violated by stripping  them before entering prison and this model is consistent with the international standard.

GYLA demands to abolish the norm because it is not constitutional and violates  human dignity.

" Only the inmates  who come from outside undergo the procedure. This is the demand of   Istanbul Protocol , - stated Kakha Kakhishvili.
