Kibar Khalvashi and his lawyers demanded to seizure Rustavi2"s bank accounts in their lawsuit against the TV company

The lawyer of Kibar Khalvashi- Paata Salia confirmed the information, but explained that this was a result of poor communication between lawyers. According to Salia, the claim was amended in an hour and the demand to seize the bank accounts was removed from the text.

"I would like the processes to be open, transparent, we demand the involvement of all interested parties, the OSCE representatives between them. The information they have spread was false- as if we asked for the seizure of bank accounts and the court refused,"- stated Salia. He explained that this was a result of poor communication between lawyers.
