Kibar Khalvashi appeals Court"s decision on Rustavi2"s logo

Kibar Khalvashi appealed against the court"s decision on Rustavi2"s logo. According to this decision his claim regarding seizure of the logo was rejected.

As Khalvashi"s lawyers say, he participated in the creation of logo and

the financial benefits recieved by the company over the years, were carried out under this logo.

Kibar Khalvashi"s arguments are categorically unacceptable for Rustavi2"s lawyers.

Lawyers say that the current logo was created in 2009-2010.

Most importantly, they explained that the company has been receiving the financial benefits from it"s activities and not from the logo.
