Body of 27-year-old Jambulat Khoferia killed in Ukraine transferred to Georgia in the morning.

Notably, the deceased’s father, Archil Khoferia, and his uncle, Jambulat Khoferia, both fought in the 1992-1993 War in Abkhazia. His uncle was killed during the fighting in 1993.

33 Georgian volunteers have been killed in Ukraine since the start of the Russian invasion in February.
