William Browder, the CEO of the Heritage Foundation, has responded to Mikheil Saakashvili.

“Mikheil, please have your team document who is withholding medical treatment, who is responsible for the poisoning, who is responsible for the torture and I will do whatever I can to bring this to the attention of Western governments for Magnitsky sanctions”, - writes Browder to Saakashvili.

The response comes after the former president asked William Browder to help the local Georgian groups in drawing up a new list of “Magnitsky” without waiting for a lethal outcome.
