Agreements made within the scope of the meeting will give new meaning to Armenia-Georgia relations. Such a statement the Prime Minister of Armenia made at the 12th meeting of the Armenia-Georgia Commission for Economic Cooperation.

“Prime Minister, honorable audience, I am excited to be hosting my colleague Irakli Garibashvili and his delegation in Yerevan to participate in the 12th meeting of the Armenia-Georgia Commission for Economic Cooperation. The importance of the relations between the two countries is evidenced by the fact that today’s meeting is chaired by Prime Ministers.

After a long pause, three intergovernmental meetings have been held since 2019, which will foster the further deepening of the relations between us. Both sides have fulfilled every commitments assumed by us. Today’s agenda is very broad and encompasses a variety of spheres: transport, communications, technologies, healthcare, agriculture, and others. I am confident that agreements made within the scope of the meeting will give new meaning to Armenia-Georgia relations.

Together with Mister Prime Minister, we will discuss security and regional topics. We enjoy mutual understanding on these and similar issues, which is preconditioned by the relations existing between our countries. Allow me to wish you success in fulfilling every agreement, and I am convinced that we will advance and deepen our relations, which requires everyday care”, - said Nikol Pashinyan.
