Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili met with Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman and CEO of DP World, a leading port terminal operator.

At the meeting, the parties discussed Georgia’s resources toward the development of ports and free industrial zones and outlined prospects of future cooperation.

Irakli Garibashvili invited Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem to Georgia, further to familiarize himself with the country’s resources and business environment.

DP World is a logistics company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In 2021, the company’s revenues made up 10.7 billion USD. DP World has a portfolio of 78 operating marine and inland terminals and employes over 56,000 people.
