A president of the national Bank addresses the commercial banks for the second time and calls on to assist the citizens and restructure their loans.

Giorgi Kadagidze said that he willn"t be surprised if most of the citizens will not be able to pay the loans.

" We had an economic shock in Georgia. Our people suffer from the process. Part of the population has difficulties with loans It"s not surprising because their loans increased by 30 percent,"- Giorgi Kadagidze said.
