New PoliticalCenter responded to initiative of  the National Bank . Zurab Japaridze said that if the banks have ability to reconstruct loans, it may be helpful for the citizens.

" Financial institutions have to decide by  themselves. Finally  a bank has to  settle it with its customers. if the banks have ability to reconstruct loans, it may be helpful for the citizens."-  said Zurab Japaridze.
