Belgium and 4 other European countries to host the events, showcasing Georgia’s cultural legacy

The Georgian festival program Europalia Arts Festival was unveiled today in Brussels, as Georgia is participating as a Guest Country in a major biennial event for the first time.

Brussels and four other European countries will house the events between October 2023 and February 2024, showcasing Georgia’s cultural legacy.

Europalia will entail 2 large-scale exhibitions titled “Georgia – a Place of Meetings” and “Modernism in Georgia – Fantastic Vanguard”, with 250 works by 25 Georgian artists.

Festival guests will have the opportunity to get to know Georgia’s cultural diversity through both traditional and modern art.
