It is the duty of the Security Council to assess threats and provide information to the Supreme Commander of the country and the leadership. Such a statement made today the President’s Parliamentary Secretary, while responding to the representatives of Georgian Dream in connection with the meeting of the Security Council.

“I think the population is being deliberately misled. The co-author of this Constitution should know that the President is the Head of the state. She is the guarantor of the country"s unity and national independence.

She represents the state in foreign relations and is the Supreme Commander of the country.
