Visit of Georgian delegation to China would contribute to intensification of trade and economic relations between the countries - Georgian Ambassador to China

The ongoing visit by Georgian Prime Minister would contribute to intensification of trade and economic relations between the two countries. Such a statement made today the Ambassador of Georgia to China.

“Bilateral and multilateral relations between Georgia and the People’s Republic of China are dynamically developing. A number of events are planned during the visit.

This visit is very important and will primarily contribute to the intensification of trade and economic relations between the two countries.

The trip would give a new and great impetus to the deepening of bilateral and multilateral relations”, - said Archil Kalandia.

Irakli Garibashvili together with the delegation is on his visit to China. A welcome ceremony in honor of the Head of Government was held at Chengdu International Airport. At the airport, the Prime Minister was greeted by the Minister of Education of the People’s Republic of China, Huai Jinpeng, the Governor of Sichuan Province, Huang Qiang, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Georgia, Zhou Qian, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the People’s Republic of China, Archil Kalandia.
