There are international regulations in which the activities of the Sokhumi airport cannot fit. Such a statement made today the first Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, while commenting the decision of the so-called parliament of occupied Abkhazia regarding the transfer of Sokhumi airport to Russia.
“The process that is fresh news for Salome Zourabichvili has been going on for a long time, the budget has also been determined, however, there are international regulations in which the activities of the Sokhumi airport cannot fit, so for now everything is at the level of talks and the question is why the President or someone else needs to bring in tense elements.
We remember other provocative statements, when Salome Zourabichvili expressed her support to the defenders of Bichvinta, when they don’t really need it, people who stand and protest consider it a provocation”, - said Gia Volski.
