A Chairman of the Transportation and Highways" Association criticizes a City Administration . Davit Meskhishvili commented on the traffic jams in Tbilisi and underlined that there are no infrastructural projects to solve this problem.

According to him, citizens do not have information about the situation in the city"s concrete roads. Non-governmental organizations and independent experts offer specific plans to the City Hall .
