Tbilisi General Plan Competition Winners defined

Today the City Hall defined the winners of Tbilisi General Plan Competition.

First place was taken by joint project of the Tbilisi group and the City Institute Georgia with whom the City Hall will sign a contract.

Based on the document, the company has 18 months to complete the master plan for land development.

The City Hall will pay 50 thousand, the amount determined by the legislation, to the winning company.

Second and third place winners will receive accordingly 30 thousand and 20 thousand GEL.

All interested physical and legal persons both Georgian and foreign could participate in the competition announced on May 19 if they met the requirements specified in the tender conditions.

Competitive bidding was completed on August 1, 2015.
