The hearing of Rustavi2 case began at the City Court. Judge Urtmelidze hasn"t approved any of Rustavi2"s petitions.

However, Rustavi2"s Director General once more filed a petition to recuse the judge . As Nika Gvaramia said, Urtmelidze will not be impartial in the process.

Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyers increased the amount of money demanded by the businessman. They demand additional 19 million GEL.
