Personal Data Protection Inspector is asking for more control over law enforcement agencies. Tamar Kaldani believes that it will be difficult to elaborate a system that will completely eliminate the problem of eavesdropping and surveillance.

Kaldani who was given by legislature one out of two keys, does not rule out that law enforcement agency still conduct the illegal video and audio surveillance.

Non-governmental organizations confirm that the personal data protection inspector does not have the leverage to exert full control over the actions of the secret investigation.

The opposition believes that the problem was not solved by introducing this institution and of the Interior Ministry is still listening to the citizens ,while  the ruling party has a positive attitude towards Kaldani`s activities.
