British Ambassador Marc Clayton responds to the fact of killing of a Georgian citizen and the illegal detention of another citizen by the Russian occupation forces near the village of Kirbali.

“Shocked to hear the news of the murder by Russian forces of Tamaz Ginturi. I send my deepest condolences to his family and friends.

Russia must end its continued illegal presence on Georgian soil and release all those in detention”, - tweeted the Ambassador.
