Dispute between shareholders of Maestro

The director of the TV company Maestro requested the bankruptcy of the company in the court.

Baia Gadabadze states that Ltd. Maestro has accumulated debts with one of the main shareholder Maka Asatiani, which Maestro can not pay and appeals to the court to declare the company bankrupt.

In turn, the owner of 25% of the shares of Maestro Giorgi Gachechiladze states that the TV company is deliberately brought to bankruptcy to remove him from the processes.

Gachechiladze`s attorney focuses on the issue of selling the TV logo.
