The family members of Soslan Kakabadze ask for help. Reportedly Kakabadze was working on the ship as a cook and was detained after Libyan guards arrested the ship. The family reports that the crew members were detained for an attempt to smuggle  oil .

 Kakabadze"s family members say that he has spent one month  in a pre-trial detention  . His wife- Donara Gogitidze claims that he was beaten.
