The bloc is looking forward to seeing improvements in conditions for doing business in Georgia. Such a statement made today the European Union Ambassador to Georgia at the EU-Georgia Business Forum, hosted in of Tbilisi.

“The European Business Association annually publishes the Business Climate Index in Georgia. We sincerely look forward to improvements in the conditions for doing business in the country. All this is about getting closer to the European Union, increasing prosperity and creating conditions for both Georgian business in Europe and European business investments in Georgia.

Meetings between Georgian and EU companies are very important to ensure the business climate in Georgia is conducive to the activities of EU-based companies.

This is a very important meeting, and I am proud that the EU is a part of it with direct financial support and the help of the European Investment Bank, which helped us organize the annual event”, - said Paweł Herczyński.

The event was organised by the European Business Association in partnership with ProCredit Bank Georgia and the European Economic Cooperation Platform.
