The Bobokvati Residence, which  should have been sold for 25 million dollars was given to the Patriarchate. In exchange for this, the government received the Krtsanisi park, which was owned by the Patriarchate.

What was the reason for this exchange is not yet known, as well as the designation of  the territory of residence with its 18 buildings and 12 thousand square meters of the seashore.
