Georgian Young Lawyers" Association accuses the High Council of Justice of ineffective work. A Chairman of the organization made a statement a few minutes ago. He commented on the fact which took place yesterday. Seven Judges were

promoted without  any competition from the first instance to the court of appeals.

" The Council is inefficient, this inefficiency increases challenges in the judicial system . Instead of  well thought out and systematic changes , the Council takes

unfounded, unsubstantiated decisions , motivation of which raises many questions.

The bills contain loopholes. For me it is obvious that these laws are dangerous," -  said a chairman of GYLA.
