Archpriest Giorgi Mamaladze has been released from prison. As his brother, Tornike Mamaladze, said, Giorgi Mamaladze left prison and is staying with his family.

Archpriest Giorgi Mamaladze was arrested at Tbilisi airport on February 10, 2017.

The courts of all three instances found him guilty of preparing the murder of Shorena Tetruashvili by using cyanide for revenge and sentenced him to 9 years in prison.
