The Tbilisi City Court condemned threating and pressuring announcements made by the respondent during the live broadcast.

The Court considers the respondent"s announcements as a direct pressure on the judge and an attempt to obstruct the justice.

The Court responded with this announcement on Nika Gvaramia"s comments on the Judge- Utmelidze. He spoke about the judge Utmelidze and said that " t he ground will burn under his feet."

"The trials are open and public. Any interested person, including the diplomatic corps, international and non-governmental organizations have the opportunity to follow the court proceedings. Court proceedings are carried out in full compliance with the principle of competitiveness and equality "- the court said.
